I did get my loan, and I'm self-employed. Documents required are more or less the same but with a trading license and current account statement, and a credit card. I applied through HLB. If you know the finance advisor, then he/she will tell you what's the best reason to choose for the loan (you need to tell your reason). Otherwise, choose house renovation. The chances of approval are the highest amongst all in their loan guide. Don't tell them that you want the loan for your business, sure reject.
