I went to second floor, there a furniture store that already close, however some of their furniture still left there, i went and sat down on a sofa and i can feel the thick layer of dust.

It's the only mall in my pathetic miserable life where I got as far into the underground parking without entering the mall, because I can't find a way in.

All these mall should just renovate the top/higher floor to become offices and rent out cheaper than offices rent per sf.

At the same time those office workers can spent on the mall itself + parking fees too..

to say a mall will b successful if its just beside lrt/mrt station is completely wrong la, there are so many malls that are beside mrt/lrt that failed badly, ppl dont care if the mall is beside lrt/mrt or not la, if they want to go to mid valley or 1u they will still go there even if there are 10 malls on the way before they reach the mall they want to go

i believe mall operator will be the culprit for a fail mall... if they can get offer good tenant free rental, bring in cinema, organized activities, host kid event etc... build the crowd (if no mco), yet without mco is half dead... so with mco is confirm 100% dead... pacific place will be very good investment if the mall success...

First mistake: The Block F blocked the entrance of the building. People who drive by would never know a mall existed there.

Second mistake: STUPID carpark design. I got lost so many times in the basement.

Third mistake: The roads are so GOD DAMN small. How do you build a mall with those small pathetic road lanes?
