just went there just now...before MCO still ok ok, half dead, now full dead. Only first floor got things. the sports bar seems permanently closed.

I went to second floor, there a furniture store that already close, however some of their furniture still left there, i went and sat down on a sofa and i can feel the thick layer of dust.

Why this place cannot huat..? right beside LRT ma. i always thought if beside LRT sure got connectivity and ppl will come

theres no boutique shop at first flooor....

i believe mall operator will be the culprit for a fail mall... if they can get offer good tenant free rental, bring in cinema, organized activities, host kid event etc... build the crowd (if no mco), yet without mco is half dead... so with mco is confirm 100% dead... pacific place will be very good investment if the mall success...
