i believe mall operator will be the culprit for a fail mall... if they can get offer good tenant free rental, bring in cinema, organized activities, host kid event etc... build the crowd (if no mco), yet without mco is half dead... so with mco is confirm 100% dead... pacific place will be very good investment if the mall success...

Any mall that isn't by the main road and has weird turning to go in will surely die.
Heck even malls that are by the main road also can die. What more a hidden mall.. |

i think among all the latest malls that open, tropicana garden is probably the only one that will be successful

i hv just moved in to here n the fos close oredi . got salon also but expensive . i think guardian n jaya grocer only worthy. d rest all carsome .
i found this forum jst to see how the mall was bfr ... such a shame d mall dead oredi . |

i like Mail Boxes in Evolve Mall.. the staff very friendly especially the guy. A very ambitious young Bangladesh guy who studying Master in local university. Please give him some support~

First mistake: The Block F blocked the entrance of the building. People who drive by would never know a mall existed there.
Second mistake: STUPID carpark design. I got lost so many times in the basement. Third mistake: The roads are so GOD DAMN small. How do you build a mall with those small pathetic road lanes? |
