now, got new additional rulling on Akta Had Masa 1953 which cover defect up to 15 years...you can claim damage to developer in 15 year period after incident happen...example:
buy house 2005, 2018 found crack, expert said 2010 crack happen, can claim 3 years onward from 2018
buy house 2000, 2020 found crack, expert said crack happen 2004, cannot claim as incident past 15 years coverage.
but this need to bring the matter to the court for claim...
