Just walk into pharmacy and ask for finasteride. Or another known name is propecia or proscar.

U can get the 1gm or 5gm. 5gm usually cheaper. Then get a tablet cutter to cut into 4pcs. Thats roughly 1.25gm each. Don't hav to be same side.. important is u take daily. After 1yr + ur hair loss will reduced and if it works ... that means u shud see hair start growing slightly. But dont hope for miracle..at the very least, u can keep your current available hair.

But there's a side effect..around 4% might have fertility issue. Some say once u stop taking then ur condition will return to normal. But who knows...
