lol..i oni own one la...my baby mikey
love him always de la..he is my prince la...no one can come kacau his status de ah..if not like when i babysit toro, he cry leh when i hug toro

I cordinate out the pros and cons for u. Since i was once a noob here. 

Male pro- They dun have messy periods.
Male con- They will lift the legs, spray everywhere to mark territory.

Female pro- They wont lift the legs, spray everywhere to mark territory. (but some female also do that)
Female con- They get their messy periods, sometimes will be moody.

U are getting 1 male pup and u dont want it to lift up the leg or spray urine everywhere to mark territory. u can let it social with other dogs at 3 to 5mths. After 5mths no, becoz Thats when they mature. Normally lift leg will start if you bring out to places that have male dogs,then he will do it to mark territory,also got other male dog smell, so he wanna cover their smell den will spray to cover the scent of the urine. As long as u keep him inside the house already neuture him at the right time, he shall do it like a female. Wont lift the leg up.

Females may have the period problems and sometimes will be quite messy too. Sometimes will be moody also.

NEVER think that spaying or neuturing a pup is cruel. It will gives them alot of health benefits.

Welcome, U getting male right, So ur neuturing him. Spaying if for female while neuturing is for males. Males neuturing is more cheaper then female. Becoz females are more complicate to do the operation.

Normally rm130 and up for males. (correct me)

Why good for u too?
So u dun have to see ur dog spraying everywhere, At ur furnitures, ur doors... No dominance.. No lift legs.. No humpings..
Good for ur pocket, Becoz can decrease the risk of getting testicle cancers and complicate health problems.

Side effects? No. But They will become moody for the first few days to week, AFter that It will go back to normal.
Treat him like normal.. pee lesser ar? This i dont know, U will have to ask those who neutured their dogs.
Like hun said, Her male dogs has been neutured.. Still they are healthy and lively, instead of going overweight or being lazy.. Those are juz myths.

WAd bones? Raw bone? Ya raw bones can decrease mouth odour and also strengten its teeth and tartar build up.
U can give chicken neck everyday for ur boy.

Brush teeth u can use sodium bicarbonate. Digitral's good with this.
The baking soda aka sodium bicarbonate u mix with water, dun dilute tooo thick, juz nice will do, Then everytime u brush ur dog, Use a cloth and rub with pressure.
Twice a week shld be ok. Do not use Darlie, Becoz It contains furoride which is toxic to dogs. May lead to death.

i gv my furkid nylon bone to chew, and it does get rid of his mouth odour by a lot a lot...and i brush his teeth with doggy toothpaste at least once per week la...since i got gv him the bone to chew dy..

Those dry dry brown bones ah? Those are raw hides... not healthy coz many dogs tend to swallow, this bone is hard to digest. It becomes soft and chewy when kena saliva, then dog sure swallow if the bone becomes small. Not long lasting also. Some of these bones made in China, use chemical and preservatives that are dangerous for dogs also. Better you buy Nylon Bone lah, safer and won't swallow whole bone wan.

the sodium bicarbonate u can buy from any supermarket but supermarket sell a bit xpensive .
i buy the sodium bicarbonate at the tmn megah @ bake with yen ( sell bread/cake's ingredient and etc... )

tat time i buy is rm2.30 for 1kg sodium bicarbonate...
