The other day i made a video of my single storey house that i will be renovating. Since it's virtual why don't we expand that house to the upper level for more space or perhaps airbnb business and fill the space with virtual people to see how it looks like.


My macbook air core i5 4MB RAM with no proper GPU is not powerful to run more realistic render. Waiting for my eGPU to arrive.

The whole idea is getting a cheap fixer upper house in attractive location especially in town area and renovating it into your liking and maybe for investment or business. Since a lot of condos and gated community nowadays don't allow airbnb the choice is limited.

And my idea is to squeeze every square inch available and fill it with luxury features or at least hotel-like amenities for me and my guests.

Are you building a Playboy Mansion or brothel? Nobody in the right mind will make a home luxurious and do airbnb.

It's a brothel, did you just miss the police's box at the entrance, that's the protection for the business in return they can come in for free.

LMAO, i thought i make it messy so it will look realistic. Anyway partly blame it to sketchup 3D library. Another part is lumion cannot work in my slow computer. Awaiting for GPU to arrive.
