Water heater inlet pipe should have extended to the corner ... looks neater and why black and not grey which matches your wall tiles.

You can consider to change your water filter connector to this ...

Include appliances

Kitchen table top is nice.
Bathroom shower got separation also nice. The water will not splash out.

1. The cabinet is fully aluminium, suppose upgrade to 4G lg syiok... Mesti contractor say nanti pecah de glass
2. Suppose you quote differently with a few company, especially the cabinet.
3. If you are handyman, diy style, can save more than 20%...
