We are no longer in our 20s when muscle pain and sports injury magically disappear after a nights rest.
Listen to your body, if the pain is consistent, stop playing and rest. Depending on the injury , typically a couple of weeks. During MCO of 3 months, the pain from my golfer’s elbow finally went away.
If you feel joint pain , take glucosamine.
Always stretch and warm up before game.
