I bought electrical items at AEON worth thousands . Yet when it comes to complains -----I had to run 3 times to get different answers ----1 manager says YEs ---the other one says NO .

After 3 times bringing the items back ----I just GAVE UP ---registered a complaint and CUT membership card !

The compliant did not even manage to get a reply from AEON !

Why got 3 managers in charge of a electrical department??
I think you should just call the electrical items brand company to ask the warranty

1 is manager Aeon . Another seesm like manager product . last one is manager customer service

A stand fan I bought on day 1 ----after installl --------- decided to WILT !

I asked Manager whether can change ------Manager said Yes

So I brought it back to change -----Manager 1 not in -----Manager 2 says cannot

So everytime I went -----it was a different manager ------between all the Yes and No

I just gave up !

Other small electrical items I bought there ------- I asked if i take home to fit and if not useful can bring back to cahnge or not ? The person in charge there at Aeon ( Bangla work long time ) will tell you ----No cannot change !
