I don't know what do you mean by 'complications'. Just because I eat more, it doesn't mean it's not healthy. It's not like I'm eating processed food as main dishes, so I don't see the problem with it. People gain weights because they eat more than they burn, but if you have more muscle masses, you will have higher BMR which means you can eat more while maintaining your weight, not to mention you have to eat a little bit more(<10%) than your TDEE to gain muscles later on. If you have to sacrifice something to be 'healthy', that by itself is not healthy already.
