which pattern to use to rotate tyres? no 1?

guys, im really confused now. because so many mixed reviews.

dont know need to upgrade the entertainment unit in my wife's x50 or not?

still using the original UI we got last year August, and ive installed waze, spotify etc.

what are your opinions on this?

i bought the autokit. but its sluggish, not like the real apple carplay.

and when i use waze together with Spotify on Apple Carplay, when waze audio is on, then the spotify audio will start to be like "in a tunnel" until i press next song.

does this happen to u?

Hello forumers, i'm planning to take X50 FS but a bit worried about all x50 issues and whether its a good choice to go.
I've been driving a honda city 2015 and have a few issues only after 4-5 years of using but seeing X50 problems within 1 week or 1 month of using scares me a lot as the purpose of buying new car besides an upgrade is to have peace of mind. I dont have a standby car and really dont prefer to visit SC very frequent unless its a regular service.

So, I have few questions as below:

1. Is it true the x50 batch late 2022 and new batch 2023, got caught up with a lot of QC issues such as the battery, electronics and etc?
2. I can start to see a lot of people complaining in the FB group recently that the battery died just after taking the car for 1 week and even 1/2 months. Is this really happening to some of you?
3. What would be the final verdict, close eyes and just take OR find other better car?

I'm still using on daily basis. Drive to work and back. Stuck in jam etc.
I trust it fully now on normal highway driving. Basically hands off for 1 hour drive on PLUS highway.
Braking profile I mistaken before. Placebo effect. It's still using X50 ACC so braking profile is the same as previous.
So if you are getting it for better braking profile, wait until if they update. I am requesting for some feature updates regarding braking profile.
AEB yes will still follow X50 settings because Kommu still doesn't control any accelerator / braking.
At moment Kommu is only giving turning signals to X50. Throttle / Brake is still ACC from current X50 radar and X50 camera.

Man, the UC6 tyre is RM620/pc x 4. Don't have UC7 yet.

Just went to the proton service yesterday..they basically told me nothing can be done... adjust/jiggle it every now and then and live with the defect. they don't change the cable or connectors.

Is that what other Proton 3S/4S centres have been telling X50 owners facing this problem?  Is there a permanent fix for this simple problem ... can any independent workshops find a solution?
Power window (driver side) also refused to open a few days ago.  They reset it - probbaly holding the switch down for an extended period as discussed by some owners.....I triwed that before going to the shop but didn;t work for me....maybe missed some steps.

also coolant at minimum level. Bought the Geely coolant (RM27) to top up. No leaks according to workshop.

transmission hard to say, sound like got few cases but didnt know how their progress.
x70 gearbox issue 99% from CBU 6AT.
but will solve after claim another 6AT (or they straight give 7DCT?)

Anyone have try use CarPlay on gkui os? Can use wheel button? For my atlas os CarPlay cannot use wheel button

For Atlas os, wheel button is able to adjust volume but can’t use next/previous button.  Hope Xeon can find out the solution. Thanks 🙏

me skip the 30k ac service. because making no sense for 2xx (not recall the price, surely not 110)
and they even dare to use warranty to push me. sound like 30K no service and later AC got problem it still under warranty.

Aside from the issues like "wind noise at 80kmph" or "battery kong fiasco if left car unlocked overnight", generally speaking, is there any showstopper or issues that would deter new buyers to get this car? 🤔
