QUOTE(death_nite @ Jun 19 2022, 01:00 AM) Got people change the camera to HD camera but quality is still SD. Suspected it is software limitation or could be both. Both hardware and software limitation. Remember media files and recording quality are defined by Bitrate and extension. So unless someone who knows where to dig that code and someone with media playback experience collab, this will stay unknown. And also, higher quality media will consume more hardware resources = ram and cpu work. We are talking about LIVE recording encode and decode at the same time for smooth playback. This post has been edited by exdtan: Jun 19 2022, 01:40 PM |

Anyone can suggest Equalizer app for our x50 HU? I tried Boom FX and it worked great….until it started disabling the feature because it’s asking for subscription fee 😂

QUOTE(mynewsin @ Jun 22 2022, 03:42 PM) You can consider buy liquid coating yourself and DIY to save cost.Good quality coating + good quality workmanship will cost around 1K++. DONT go for any one saying “I can do cheaper than market rate”. I promise you the quality is as good as 6 to 9 months and you will need another coating service. What costs so much for Car coating is the professional hours spent to clean your car before polishing it, then actually coating 1-3 layer and clean away excess then dry it. ChiaW3n liked this post

QUOTE(muncheno @ Jun 22 2022, 03:56 PM) I believe and have not seen the bt audio profile in the build.prop Thanks for the effort muncheno. Not to throw cold water to people who spent huge effort investing in improving Bluetooth audio quality. But I must say that modifying Android core system bitrate or sampling rate may not provide significant improvement yea.It is currently located in audio_policy.conf or xml inside system or vendor folder (for some phone). These are the area would have problem for me now to get access permission without rooting. For info only, current X50 - audio_policy.conf » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Thanks very much for the inputs. The whole objective here is about sharing and personally to inspired IT guys to create better software mod or even custom firmware in the future. (coz I'm not from IT industry). My own opinion here is that very hard to stop people making profit it which already happening with or without my attempt to contribute. When come to combating the issue, I think openness and having a clear information to as much users as possible is the better solution than trying to kept it secret. Anyhow I should not become the troll in this thread. My apology and thanks for reading 🙏 The reason behind simply because of Bluetooth technology. Both device should be running above Bluetooth 5.0 and should support codec like AptX HD or equivalent. Which most of the time only available in expensive headphone or bookshelf speaker. I might be wrong but someone with better audio tech knowledge can comment better. muncheno liked this post

QUOTE(Kelifu @ Jun 24 2022, 01:15 PM) my premium with my driving style can run like 400km ( still got remaining distance to empty but usually i will go refill once the red is up ) per full tank. I’m impressed by your driving style. I average out 260 to 280km per full tank. 70% highway 30% city.actually i not really know how to calculate the FC but according to my previous car 12yrs saga blm RM55 360km i think is fair enough for a SUV... guaa... Normal mode all the way. Klang valley drive. |

QUOTE(contestchris @ Jun 24 2022, 05:03 PM) I'm happy with the car. Had an issue with the driver side door requiring more force than usual to close initially, but either I've gotten used to it or it's improved over the last 7 months. Can’t agree more. I have the same opinion as you. I wish they could just give me my normal aircon toggle so that the screen does not block my HU view whenever I mess around with aircon. The weakest point about the car is the tablet unit, it's just pathetically slow and low quality. I wish they just used a basic system, rather than a cheapo China tablet. The ride and handling and comfort....unmatched at this price point. |

QUOTE(death_nite @ Jun 27 2022, 10:43 PM) 70% highway 30% city? I can get more than that. 😅 Okay lah your FC better. I’m just stuck at controlling my right foot in city drive because I can’t tahan the traffic.70% city 30% highway mine normally around 300km full tank. Was really bad but ok already after like 15k km mileage. |

QUOTE(danielwoo8 @ Jun 26 2022, 09:23 PM) Me too around your consumption. I found X50 consumed a lot of fuel compared with my E Class which is higher cc and heavier in weight. Agreed. I used to drive the old E240. To be honest, E240 fuel economy is way better. This post has been edited by exdtan: Jun 28 2022, 04:41 AM |

QUOTE(Kelifu @ Jun 27 2022, 11:21 AM) u tekan very tight is it broku? haha. I tekan tight when I traffic light turns green boss 😂 I know it’s my foot problem lol.i seldom speed one, usually the "speed" is when out from toll barrier awhile then back to normal already. my normal is below 90 - 110km/h la.. i feel uncomfortable when high speed above 140km/h.. the car body roll is very obvious. maybe is time need to invest those bar bar thing already. my friend told me her bezza can 160km/h but i feel very ganjiong ( nervous ) already when touch 140km/h. I feel that X50 stability around 130 is still okay. Myvi 110 already tak boleh, I doubt bezza is any better bro 😯 |

QUOTE(ayamxxx @ Jun 28 2022, 07:40 AM) I thought the E240 2.6 NA engine already consumed high fuel on city drive. But agreed, even my Accord 2.4 FC give better km vs 1.8T X70 ckd, i know not a good comparison due to different car class. Yea it must be. Imagine truck like Chevy Colorado 2.x L cc with turbo Diesel engine. Not a good comparison but how come their FC so good.I think this the drawbacks from small displacement turbo engine, even latest civic turbo with cvt, people complaint high fc at city as well |

QUOTE(christ14 @ Jun 28 2022, 03:18 PM) My experience at SC:4S center ask me to do alignment at 10K service (my mileage was only 4K btw). Then when I go to 2S and 3S, they ask me why 4S did alignment at 10K 😂😂 It really depends which SC you go to… Now I gotta remember to do alignment at 40K service…. |

QUOTE(Maknusia @ Jun 28 2022, 04:39 PM) Betul la tu....tire last about 40K - 60K km, hence its advice to rotate every 6 months or 10km once. 2S and 3S center said my tires was way too “unused” to even get rotated. They totally disagree with what 4S did and mentioned that it could have make my tires condition worst because I may forgot to rotate it without following schedule in booklet.Else, tire would be uneven on wearness Which I did forget to rotate at 30K service (I’m still at 11K mileage only)… |
