there is no way to downgrade once on atlas os. The atlas sucks and voice command no longer function. I only rely siri to call out via voice.
*
i wondering if the voice command no longer function can we complain to proton? lol since this suppose a function and now broken due to atlas

any 1 tried kommu assist yet?

i finally tried x50 driving assist. really need to pay a lot of attention.
x50 just speed up and go straight when the corner is really sharp.

Isnt it already in manual to be careful under this scenario? 😂

just wondering if kommu assist can perform better tongue.gif
i watch some video from youtube compare tesla FSD vs commo.ai.
seem like also cannot handle sharp corner. unsure.gif

Kommu works... But at it's state hard to recommend. Not refined enough.
Lets see how fast they are fixing the bugs.

Braking profile better than original X50.
Lane keeping also better than original X50.

The corner point, Kommu turns at all corners properly.
The issue is the speed entering / exiting the corner.

Eg. Putting 90km/h along LDP road from 1U to Tropicana, maybe you gonna get alarms and not going to maneuver the corner properly.
Putting 60km/h, it should be fine.

So, corners are steered correctly but the speeds are not adjusted.
At least for X50 ICC, they do reduce the speed slightly.
*
wow notworthy.gif so good. are you satisfy with kommu ai?
very much improved from stock X50?

lol last time still remember SA said corners better take back the steering haha
*

At the moment kommu acceleration profile a bit too aggressive. On highway, once the leading car moves away, it will accelerate quite strongly. Until downshift to 6th gear.
On stock ACC, it will accelerate in 7th gear while keeping RPM below 2000.
I'll have to feedback to them to reduce the acceleration rate.

Another thing also stock ACC is more chill. Kommu's tuning of the openpilot braking is quite aggressive. On highway, once there's a car that cuts in, openpilot will brake very hard to maintain the follow distance ASAP.

Meanwhile stock ACC will release accelerator and coast a bit then apply brakes gently.

Combination of this strong acceleration and hard braking will increase fuel consumption tremendously.
For your case where it speed up immediately when the corner is really sharp, openpilot will do that also once it loses sight of the lead car. And as I've mentioned, speed up MORE strongly than stock ACC because of their tuning.

Overall nice to have if you like to play with gadgets. Some might not like the big thing blocking the windscreen and extra trouble to remove when parked under the sun.
Photo just for fun

hmmm... maybe can install when the system more matured.. spend 3k for gadgets is to over for me now sweat.gif

i wondering the core processing like acceleration control, breaking control..etc still using comma ai or they actually re-tune whole thing.

The base is still the much older Openpilot version 0.8.13. This is where the AI, driving model, path prediction things are.

Acceleration, braking, steering tuning and also translation to & fro of the car's data is customised to the cars that they are supporting.

i wondering is it possible to use comma ai instead have another version...
maybe ai trained outside Malaysia is not suitable use in here..

Also another negative (or plus, depending how you look at it) side, no more warning tone for BLIS and LKS.
I thinking the same route to play phone music too but sacrifising reverse sensor sounds is a lot to me.
I still don't used to looks at the screen, as I need to look around when doing reverse / side park.
I know it's a noob question but how do you cut it to panel's shape without the blade damaging paintwork?
*
just cut the film with very light pressure. not cut through the film, just enough to peel off.
u tried few times then u know the "kek"

my 1st cut is at hood near headlamp. too much pressure and cut through the film.
i saw a cut mark on my headlamp. very small 1 though.

I'm primarily going off this

I guess that you mean the CCPW model based off this in the description:
CCPA (Wireless CarPlay and Wireless Android Auto):  Not only use CarPlay wirelessly, but also use Android Auto wirelessly. If you use android phone, this is the best choice for you.
CCPW (Wireless CarPlay and Wired Android Auto): if you only use iphone, this is the best choice for you.
CCPM (Wired CarPlay and Wired Android Auto): you need to connect your phone to the product with a data cable.

how good still can use android auto... sad.gif

For my case they will just polished for you to make it temporary look better and asked you to accept it.

However, I think I read somewhere a user have an area not paint, they will painted it for him to close the case.
Also some cases it is located in engine bay area, they told the user is normal and they have to accept it.
*
i think they will force me to accept too....

My hood has 1 small yellow stain.. i think they tried to polish.

Is it the tak tak or klunk sound when pressing the brake after the brake have been pressed by ICC or autohold?
If yes, it's normal that's how the system engaging your brakes.

Or what kind of braking sound during ICC that you're not hearing during normal braking?
*
i don know how to describe it. i try to record it down tomorrow.
it is significant at low speed icc auto, maybe icc break with very light pressures then the sound will come out.
i try break myself with very light pressures cannot create the sound.

i google saw FB X50 group have a post with "issue of suspension and break sound"

1st long trip to genting. i think around 450+km per tank.

quite satisfied with stock ICC. keep car distance just fit what i need.
previously i take my iriz, during night time i only drive at 90-100 as it was harder for me to keep car distance.
in x50, ICC help me to keep the distance, i feel safer and faster rclxms.gif

2022 Nov Car, no wind sound after 110kmh(at least its better than my 2019 iriz).
still power even up to 120-130. (normally ICC at 115, just when need overtake will go to 130+)

don know lucky or unlucky, i also stuck in karak highway accident few days ago. also stuck in KL at fri off office hours.
stop & go function needs manual active abit trouble but still acceptable.

Lane keeping can be better, but i think they wont update on X50 ICC software anymore.
wait my wallet and wife allow maybe can try kommu assist or comma assist rclxms.gif

i really thing every1 on highway should use ICC then can avoid alot accident hmm.gif
