Some say the "popular colors" (red for example) will take LONGER, the not so popular will go faster.
But the main thing is the PRICE. As most orders cannot be delivered before Dec 31 whatr about the tax in 2021? Some SA told me that Proton will absorb the cost, some told me, the customer needs to pay. Obviously Proton has not decided yet. I will not take the ordered Flagship if it will be RM 6k more expensive but claim the RM 500 deposit back. But with so many orders Proton maybe does not care about cancellations and just wave goodbye to you. I hope Geely will think different and urge to absorb the tax
By the way meanwhile I got two SMS about my order already, hope the first date still counts. But I don“t really care about the delivery date as long as the price stays at 103.300 w/o insurance.
It's still business, so i doubt they will help customer absorb. If they wanted to, they could have done it during the launching (e.g. 1st 30k bookings)
