30 min jam still better than 1-2 hour plus for traveling. At least save your time, stamina to travel. If your home far away from office,what if emergency case n you need to meet friend at KL/PJ area. You still need stuck in jam or travel for long hour. OKR might be jam, but nest 2 can pass by taman tan yew lai exit to OUG/KL or turn into Kesas highway. Furthermore easy access to PJ n Sunwsy. It is very strategy location. When more development coming, I believe infrastructure might be upgrade in future too.Feel nightmare if stay at Nilai ,rawang, semenyih area drive work at KL/PJ area. I am curious why non of you consider landedproperty at Setia alam or komuning or sungai buloh,klang area?
