i did tried to used some cream like Mopiko, minyak kapak, scabies cream, pimple cream like OXY10, and etc

none of them works

so i just ignore it

it will go away after some time

I Google they shows it's something like Cherry Angiomas. Not sure what's this. Suddenly pop up few. Scares me.

for my case it only pop 1, random place, but will happen from time to time, but quite rare

Hi there. From the picture alone, i think it might be folliculitis or a cherry angioma. Folliculitis is the inflammation of the hair follicle. Cherry angioma is basically a group of small blood vessels/ also known as "red mole".

I think it's more likely to be red moles than folliculitis since they're literally dots, folliculitis will have some blood surrounding them which looks like the pimple at the bottom of the first pic.

Kinda make sense too. The first bottom picture is the pimple. Got surrounding darken colour

Ahh sorry, I totally missed that red mole on the first pic. My bad 😅. The folliculitis that I meant was referring to the ‘pimple’. If the one that you are concerned is the tiny red dots then most likely it’s red mole.
