How do you go about renewing your car insurance/ road tax? Online? Thru agent?
If online, do you use Myeg? Bjak?

bjak is slight cheaper but service is ..................

Renew insurance first, then only can renew road tax right?
Thought of using Myeg/ Bjak.. probably Myeg for roadtax only.

Road tax MYEG. as i save more from insurance. kasi abit profit less than Rm20.. is what la.. save time and get same day. Done and fast. DO at 6am . sometimes before 9am get all d.

click click not even 5 minutes everything settled invoiced to my mail settled everything..

after that i will never again go back to scammer myeg

last time use myeg because myeg is only site that can print road tax with out car grant (their connection) .... now others a lot cheaper n faster.

no problem. you can also renew roadtax at selected pejabat pos. just sometimes quite hassle because their printer rosak.

Had to renew during MCO and use MyEG for roadtax only. MyEG was okay, but then again... pandemic la, what to do.

If your car is not too old - insurance provider website (except Tokio Marine, they cannot online quote cars over 10 years old, the others not more than 15) online quote thingy. Or agents.

Road tax now can go do in post office, but that one cash only and there's the RM2 commission fee. But still cheaper than MyEG lah.

macam mana jadi lagu tu? beli roadtax 6 bulan dulu. habis insurans, beli insurans 2 bulan sampai tarikh habis roadtax kemudian lagi 6 bulan. kemudian renew roadtax 6 bulan pulak.

sila ikut cara poster bawah. cara saya takleh pakai. sorry.

saya rasa insurans boleh adjust dari bila sampai bila dan bayaran prorated. roadtax takleh adjust. saya rasa lah kan.

Extend your insurance, then renew road tax for another 6 mth. Contact your previous agent to do this. Comes another year, baru beli insurance 1 year + road tax 1 year.

Btw, ayam prefer buy insurance direct from etiqa page, got 10pc discount. Road tax use myeg.

Hi guys, my road tax expires mid December 2020 but insurance expires mid January 2021.
Any advice on how to go about this? Can I renew my insurance now (till Jan 2022) and with the new cover receipt go to the post office and buy roadtax to match the date?

Can buy new insurance and then renew roadtax. But your new roadtax date won't be tally with your new insurance. If you want to tally the roadtax and insurance exp date, buy insurance extension and then renew roadtax for 6 month only.

Last time i walk in branch and talk to the frontdesk, they extend my insurance to match with my roadtax renewal date.

Best by calling your insurance hotline for further info.
