Hi all docs or medical graduate or anyone experience

Is this normal pimples or normal itch? Or cold sore? Me and my girlfren just kissed last week Saturday. Then I discover few rashes itchy on top of my lips. On the top right circle was my misai inside also itchy. Don't know I allergy or wat.

Can check my picture for better diagnosis. I don't know how to see 😅😅

Hi and good day! The pic is blurry 😅.. And it’s hard for me to diagnose without seeing u in person anyway.. Cold sores (herpes simplex labialis) are caused by a type of virus (Herpes simplex virus), most commonly HSV-1. It is usually fluid-filled vesicles which might be itchy, painful and have a reddish base. If it is mild, usually no treatment is needed. Unless u have other symptoms like fever, eye symptoms (swollen eyelids, red eye), etc.., or u find it uncomfortable, then you might need to see a doctor. Other than cold sores, it could also be allergy, which an antihistamine pill will help.

P.S Sorry, can’t make a proper diagnosis here.. the most that I can help is to give suggestions.

I have attached new image, the center of my top lips are the one that occasionally have pimples. It's not that red yesterday and yesterday I done my facial so I think she press it. The other circle was tiny pimple like. No pain at all.

Not sure if it's pimple caused by wearing mask or herpes. Haha I am a paranoid person so if u see my topics, all related to health. Hope you can advise. Thanks and appreciate
