if his youtube is his main income, I dont even think bank will approve his loan for aston martin and audi rs6.

not that I look down on youtuber, but he not yet reach level can generate youtube money so much to finance both his sports cars.

i actually appreciate bobbys videos. because his opinions are different from the mainstream. be it cars or properties or life. not saying we have to follow him, but its always interesting to learn how others think.

all these so called youtubers are just plain actors lah

bobby house alone RM6k instalment, his car easily RM5-10k per month, i believe he still got other businesses to support his lifestyle.

when cardock said this in the video, i was like....wat
cause he made videos on how he needs donations in order to put in blackout curtains and air cond in order to make his academy more private, more comfortable and more quiet for his classes to be conducted

but in the same breath, he says he will rent the floor above to be a gym academy where people are grunting, making noise, loud music, etc etc
aspects like this just doesnt make sense to me and really shows how little he has thought this through

opening an academy or tutorial classes on ground floor itself is ledi a stupid move , its totally fine to build it on 1st floor with much cheaper rent but he go rent a corner lot ground floor that cost rm10k rental per month

Actually want more private, just take the 1st or 2nd floor, confirm will get privacy as u want at minimal cost, Ground floor mainly to do retail or F&B business.

The moment bobby was shocked at RM10k rental, he just replied "Relax bro". Business where got space relax relax for u, u have to fight for sales and survive throughout the year.
