800 sqft rumawip at Sentul at 300k does not have much room for appreciation, considering that free market product like the M series nearby always has auction unit.

And 2.5k fully furnished for a rumawip at this location?  hmm.gif

You've got your point.

Hmm, it seems that he tends to have a tendency to overstate the rental asking price.

On one hand, he's against people buying affordable property for investment, and the other "showcasing" such success stories.

If you watch some of his earlier content, it was more honest reviews and thought process.
Nowadays is more showboating kind of videos.
Just watch to be aware that such a place exist, don't expect honest reviews or thought process anymore.

That’s almost fully furnished at 1.9k

With the amount of Reno cost factored in and the down time to wait for buyers willing to pay 1.9k for a rumawip, still earning? Anyway they are missing the point. Whatever happened to not using affordable housing to make money? Now publicly supporting cozyhome renting out Rumawips at open market prices.

Yes, always take the outliers and overstate the rental price, but fail to acknowledge the median rental price at that area.

The least one could do is for the buyers to beware.

Thanks for it.
