Well... my own opinion, for investment purposes, you have to look into "LOCATION" go to see the site, whether hows the density not just from the project but the overall. If there's a lot of residential building... then you better don't bet on it. Take for example, Off Jalan Ampang, near to Ampang point area, the 1st project that came out was Ampang Element, saying there's no building facing KLCC, mana tau, Arte 3 block.. directly blocked the whole freaking view!! then Mah Sing also drop by and left with M City 2 block, then mou lala 4 block of Astoria. Then another Penang developer BSG got 1 block, now the same place you get 12 blocks of building side by side. So....
Step 1 - Check the developer background
Step 2 - Check the location, go to the site see any plot of land still available
Step 3 - Check Forum
Step 4 - Check the rumah layout and also check the are punya rental yield see can go up to berapa %
I think its like that ba...
PS: that is just my opinion lah... well others may have other point of view also.
