 Sky Awani 5 Residence, Located in Sentul Again...

Passby Dato Senu Sentul and notice the piece of land infront of Bayu Sentul fenced up and saw the Sky Awani 5 residence signage.

Wondering the 1 lane up and down to Dato Senu is can cater the high rise. Although they are building another access road in front of Bayu Sentul to Jalan Kampong Dalam but yet Jalan Kampong Dalam too is 1 lane up and down....

Mostly in Sentul area. The list yet to include another one next to Sentul Timur Station and one (think abandoned) next to One Maxim.

Ya.. But the existing infrastructure need massive improvement especially the road access.

The Sentul Pasar need to re-allocate and same for the school along Jalan Sentul Pasar.

Otherwise, i doubt the youngster would choose Sentul.

Kurang dari 24 jam aduan yang telah diterima oleh Timbalan Menteri Wilayah Persekutuan, YB Dato' Sri Dr. Santhara (Pautan), tindakan penguatkuasaan  memberhentikan kerja - kerja pembinaan di SKY Awani V telah diambil oleh DBKL.

Pihak kontraktor didapati telah melanggar syarat-syarat bertulis dengan memulakan kerja-kerja pembinaan tanpa menggemukakan Borang B kepada JPIF dan JKB. Pemeriksaan juga mendapati keadaan jalan keluar/masuk berada dalam keadaan kotor dan berdebu.

I think both almost same. It depends on what location buyer prefer.

Setapak is mature area with convenience shopping in door step that SA5 is lack of it.

But SA series overall facade and design always impressive than PV project.
