Had similar problem like this before, the time not accurately set to what it supposed to be, even I am connected to the internet. Always put me on different time zone. After a while, just realised that the GPS module was not properly connected making my location getting crazy and that effected the time setting. Now everything back to normal.

Yes GPS module problem. Now OK already. When start my car need wait 2-5 minutes (clear view of the sky) for the GPS to get signal n lock. When gps locked the then the time will get what it supposed to be.
