For me, D'laman wins hands down.
1) It's freehold and will increase the value of your property as time goes by
2) Situated just next to Gamuda Gardens
3) Myra Gardens - (the main road and surrounding areas) will be swamped by mat rempits at night and especially during weekends, causing inconvenience. It is only close to LATAR whereby D'laman is just next to PLUS rawang selatan and close as well to LATAR/Guthrie.
4) D'laman is closer to KTM Kuang and in future, there would be a feeder bus service provided by Gamuda
5) D'laman is also closer to the soon to be built Petron Gamuda Gardens

I have concern two (2) things with Myra Garden:

1) two (2) rooms at upper level do not have direct access to toilet. They have to go out from the rooms to enter the toilet. It bothers me a lot. Even to hack by making a door for one room as direct access to the toilet, will cost some more money and even can be done after two (2) years to avoid warranty void.

2) can not add awning or any permanent renovation/addition to the oursidr struvture since the roof do not wholly cover car. Hence once raining, my car will surely get wet.

How to cater this two (2) problems? Any idea?
