My take on it is.. even if its G and G, the residents themselves will have to do the work. Meaning employ the right guard company similar to how a guarded community like D Laman will operate.

Unless you have a lot of funds like condos and can afford to employ knight frank to manage the whole township ie security cleanliness landscaping and residents dont have to lift a finger cept to pay
