One thing I learn from garage sale is even if you put your selling price Rm10 higher they will call it overpriced.

But RM899 for ryzen 3600 is quite too much la. Msrp is RM859 from amd official store and most store sells it at RM759 to RM799 on a non promo situation.

I know there's margin to made considering they're building the pc for you but they could've reacted better rather than rant on FB.

I guess the pricing includes the after service idealtech provides.

I've always wondered the kind of 'after sales service' PC sellers keep on promoting.

Considering if they are based in Klang Valley, almost all distributors and services centers are easily reachable too and you can cut down the middle guy bullshit and get your hardware fixed or replaced faster.

maybe the numbers of messages in the shopee Lazada make our reply more shorter but at least we replied all the messages and make sure all parcels deliver on times. If you have experience on buying at our Lazada/shopee store you can find our our representative will followup the orders for you

Idealtech no have commission on sales, the staff not need to upsell you the other products unless they think it is necessary to recommend you something which can help you. They will recommend but they never forced you to buy.
