thats why i want her to come out a solution which is reasonable~

so what if i got the proof that the sim card terminated date is earlier den sales date??
she can just circling it by saying that "my bro dont has the knowledge that the sim card is terminated"~

i think this rene won't refund la. If she want to refund, then already refund earlier. Wasting so many hours to do replying rubbish or non-logic answer as seller.

Even in LYP buying a hard disk, can exchange 1-1 within 1 week.

My bro also say he;s unlucky for holding bunch of useless numberss when he found out digi terminated those numbers prematurely. I don't see why bro has to pay for digi's mistake. My bro is not pursuing against digi.Report from digi wouldnt say something that we don't know already.

You must be joking! You admit that your brother is holding bunch of useless numbers from DiGi. That is your problem because you BOUGHT USELESS number from DIGI. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to get back the sim FROM YOUR BUYER AND IT IS STILL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to refund them. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SHOULD CONTACT THE DISTRIBUTOR, reseller OR DIGI. Buyer have NO RESPONSIBILITY TO SHARE your problem or loss from what you sell. Same thing like you buy something online, you buy waterset mobile phone from LYN but not working when received, so the buyer must pay for all the problems? In this situation, the buyer should only pay for the return postage to seller and seller will do the exchange and then send them the new working set. This is how we do business!

Same thing like when people do bulking here, they need to refund the money to the buyer if the bulk failed or the item sent to them if the requirements does not match from what they are selling.

Very nice excuses and stupid solutions that you give to the buyer, very nice seller. I hope Malaysia will have more sellers like you, and i imagine what happend to Malaysia.
