IMO, instead of re re re and digi digi digi bla bla bla.. think about this.

1. TS and others provide a report (B&W) stating that this number had been terminated before the sales date and unable to reactivate - TS win the case and gets full refund.

2. Unable to provide B&W - seller wins and no need to refund.

rubbish reply again~

I STILL WAITING FOR THE SOLID SOLUTION~

A report (B&W) stating that the number you bought from dealer (rene) on (sales date) for RMxxx had been terminated on (termination date) and impossible to reactivate.

Simple content about facts enough. Then write a letter to tribunal and explain the whole situation.

P/S: All buyers affected shall be involved.

and are you giving any suggestion here apart being the runner up to the swearing king position. I'm happy to apply to Mod to give you a 3 days automatic suspension. As if you are not sitting in front of your pc/lappy typing shitting thingy.

still not too late to faint..

Are you avoiding my question?

Again, are you willing to refund if proof given that the number is terminated before the sales date?

QUOTE(LittleMin @ Aug 12 2007, 03:59 AM)
erm~~digi how to write out the dealer and date n price since this is not related to digi??

since my number is bought via internet~not from digi's dealer??

Added on August 12, 2007, 4:01 am
i can prove that the number is terminated before the sales date(which=the date i bought this sim card from the seller) if digi willing to print out black n white for me...

but about the sales date i think might need moderator's help to prove it~
*
Just get the date of termination and sales date enough already.

Yead, even dare to say i'd been a member longer than you. And what a disgrace... ppl will see how one will be 'attack' on when one dont give refund or not able to give a solution agreeable to the rest and just being labeled as the wrong doer and con.
*
And I've been here longer that you.

QUOTE(rene @ Aug 12 2007, 04:08 AM)
er yeah.. bomoh is ponting to that.  So hire a bomoh and find out whether my bro has the intention or knowledge. Solution is given much much earlier in this thread- bro unwilling to pursue against digi. buyers' obligation to get the number registered.

Explained already? So now,

QUESTION

Again, are you willing to refund if proof given that the number is terminated before the sales date?

the expiry date is 1st july 2008~
but when i go to digi centre to register this number~digi ppl told me that this number was terminated~
which might be due to the sim card was activated before and dont top up for 3 months then terminated~

and this is what i want my seller settle for me~
either refund or make my number can b used~
or give out another useful solution..
*
If it's registered before and terminated, there's no way to reactivate the number. You've got yourself a dead card.

As a consumer, you have all the rights to get refund if you can provide proof. So go get it wink.gif

sui teng, respect your view but i'm sticking to my stand that I will refund on behalf of my bro if anyone can prove that he has knowledge that the number has been terminated when he sold it.
*
You're not making anyone's life easier here with your statement.

You can simply stab someone in the chest and run away with the statement, "I have no knowledge that he would die of massive blood lost from the stab wound I've made".

thats why i want her to come out a solution which is reasonable~

so what if i got the proof that the sim card terminated date is earlier den sales date??
she can just circling it by saying that "my bro dont has the knowledge that the sim card is terminated"~

Same as what Malaysian said,

Enter this country carrying drugs, then try to tell the officials that you dunno that it's drug you're carrying. See whether they hang you or not.

BTW, I'm sleepy. Go to sleep first.
