Do you personally know of any Malay that mostly listens to English music?

Exclude the following persons from the list, the Bangsar/Bukit Tunku elite, members of royal households and those that are of mixed parentage.

Are they as rare as it appears to be? I remembered many years ago I had a friend and neighbour that lived several doors away from my parents' then house, it was a weird situation because in the morning I would ride in his dad's car to go to my school while he would ride in my dad's car to go to his school. It was a without fail moment that his dad would listen to Nat King Cole, Beatles, Frank Sinatra, Paul Anka, Glenn Campbell and John Denver on that cassette player found in that government issue Mercedes W123, yes at that time as a DG of a government department you could get a Mercedes W123 or a Volvo 240 unlike now where it would only be a useless Proton Perdana. Also could remember that the entire family spoke flawlessly in English among each other and without any fake accents.

Wonder why it is so rare these days to find a Malay family that converses in English?

I'm one of the Malay guy that listen to English songs 100%

Radio channels all english radio station.

I don't like listen to malay music tbh, even the classic Malay songs also I don't like.

And tbh, I don't even know the latest malay singer that currently popular. Only know siti nurhaliza, misha omar and some senior singers but still rarely listening to their music

English songs are way better and more choices. Even other language songs are also better such as Mandarin, Japanese etc.

Most malays do listen to english songs.

I don't listen to English pop songs, i mostly listen to metal, rock and occasionally rap / hip-hop

Itulah kau, suruh kembangkan circle of friends xnak. Asyik nak assabiyah dan berpuak je. Xnak tahu menahu pasal orang lain.
