Just get this seat post clamp. The quality is superior, but only got 1 color. Best price ever RM6.5 each LOL

it is against your height right ? wont affect your climb hill stability ? Because as i know ussual ppl would cut the lenght based on the fomula of person height X 4.40....current bar i used was 740....plan to cut the new bar to 750 ....not sure if it is too short
*
I dont know this before.
163x4.40=717.20
Yup, way wider. laugh.gif
On climb, I dont notice much difference with the wide handlebar.
But when downhill, definitely can confirm more stable with the wider handlebar.

I think handlebar preference depend also on the type of riding.
On my XC bike, I dont use wide handle bar, I use 720.
Before this, 680. Too narrow for my liking.
780 is on my trail bike.

correct. But still need to beware the counterfeit product. Stem I plan to use is 50mm direct mount.

Lucky I not buy the hope seat post clamp, those money already can buy so much stuff. The seat post clamp I bought really solid and robust, some more the washer is not plastic / not steel / not aluminum but is copper. LOL

Now stuck at wheelset because one of my rear wheel hub out of stock.

One time I put back the 680 bar
Felt tiring. Not comfy. Got used to wide bars.

Also on long climb, perhaps a 3km climb...I find breathing is easier with wide bars. Maybe because my chest is more open as compared to 680.

no need expensive brand. The KMC x9 x10 x11 x12 and shimano 8 9 10 11 12 chain full of counterfeit. And the shimano entry level rotor / altus gear set tons of it.

I not encourage those newbie who not familiar with genuine product to buy it. If experience user then should be ok. So many trap outside the world. LOL

Yeah.
These are the easy selling models. That's why.

If buy fake at cheaper price still not too bad.
Imagine your are paying the same ori price for a fake.

It is good. Since you already using single speed and also use SLX crankset better get some protection on that. You can wait 10.10 or 11.11 to get it. May be the price you get is cheaper than me. There have a lot model to choose too eg DX001 DX002 DX005 DX009.

Besides my 126L CN-M6100 arrived too. Cost me around Rm7x.

QUOTE(lowkey_xboy @ Sep 15 2021, 12:06 PM)
Hi all. I have been in this sport/hobby for few years but most of the time I only ride in my HT to tarmac ascend/descend and rocky garden. My end goal is to eventually able to go full DH if possible, so for now I am planning to move on to trail riding or AM.

Now, I have a few questions:
1. What kind of skill I need to acquire before going to trial riding? (asking this because saw people doing jumps and air)

2. Say if I really need more advance control over my bike like manual, bhop, is it alright to learn online or better to get a coach?

3. If I were to buy a fullsus, with the budget of 6k, what brand and model I can get or it is better to build myself?

Thanks in advance.
*
1. learn basic first
2. both..can look for coach fadzlee..facebook him up
3. look for Polygon D7 or t7
