It seems that the PC version of Rage is experiencing rampant glitches and bugs, as members of NeoGAF are complaining of issues. According to one NeoGAF user, "Seriously, if you are waiting on PC version don't bother right now. Something is obviously completely d---ed up on this build."

Other comments in the NeoGAF thread include:

"Anybody else's game glitching like mad? I keep getting parts of the level blacking out."

"wow the texture loading is so damn bad"

"lol if you spin in a circle real fast all the textures are blurred and the screen tears like mad wow was not expecting this still gonna give it a shot and see if they can patch it up"

In this case, the make of the graphic card has been irrelevant, since the problems have been showing up with both ATI and nVidia cards.

We'll be keeping an eye on this story, and see if id Software has an official response to what seems to be a heavily glitched launch of one of its biggest releases in years.

Anyone know where I can get the cheapest copy of RAGE?
I know Steam UK is like around 46 USD after conversion..
All copies should be Steamworks right?
