Any of you guys experience before? Seller didnt ship on time. Shopee web/apps says, after certain dateline, the order will be cancelled. But after dateline has passed, the order didnt get auto cancelled? I asked shopee, why it didnt follow its policy, they divert the answer saying i got to cancel manually, or they were saying, it will be auto cancelled on different date, despite the same dateline is still being shown in the web/apps.

Are they deliberately trying to mislead the customer? Anyone got same experience before?

Ya. Even the seller promise me to ship out the next day, shopee cancel it and say they can't do anything about it

Lazada also same. Auto cancel if not shipped in time and auto refund to lazada wallet.

Few of my orders auto canceled 3 days after the indicated ship-by date.

no experience with auto-cancel. just triggered by deadline spelt wrongly so many times

But sellers who wants to drag it will still print out manifest; the system will be "waiting for parcel to arrive into courier system" for few weeks.

I think they also see seller activity. My seller was dormant due to Wuhan virus, automatically cancelled and refund after a week.

i see.. So, mine is probably is special case, coz it didnt auto cancel. Oh, I didnt tell the full story.. After purchased, seller automatically provide tracking number, but never shipped the item within deadline. I guess, that's how seller lock the customers money, to avoid it from being auto cancelled. For it cause frustation because all other others done on same day has arrived already.. Even order from China also has been shipped.. Arghh... #$$@
