QUOTE(salimbest83 @ Oct 31 2008, 03:08 PM) blue white is the ES one .. but honestly.. its design not to good la..and white easily tainted during rain.. and make sure u test the engine first.. mine sure vibrate like hell..( dont know that it got that kind of problem..) QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Oct 31 2008, 05:36 PM) I just checked with one of the shop in sungai nibong, they have blue white LC (no clutch version) They have ready stock, 2 - 3 days can take the bike already. Price is RM6600. If 1 year installment with 3k down payment = total RM7600 Havent test the egine yet cause was rushing for dinner I plan to change the type when i got the bike, what type of tyre is good for LC? Thanks to salimbest83 & charge-n-go for the info This post has been edited by UncleCheang: Oct 31 2008, 11:35 PM |

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Nov 2 2008, 05:55 PM) Hey uncle, don't buy at Nibong. That shop lacks professionalism and expensive. RM6600 is a bit expensive too, you can get a bit cheaper from Hong Leong Yamaha. You can do free service in Yamaha Service Center beside Jelutong high way. The Malay mechanics there are quite pro compared to Nibong folks. Darn... i already paid deposit at nibong motor shop yesterday. My old bike already broke down and i have not much time to reseach for other shop liao...If i buy from nibong, can i still service my bike at Yamaha Service Center? Where is the best place i should go if i want to change my tyre? Thanks for your advise. |

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Nov 3 2008, 04:30 PM) I think you can only let Nibong shop to service your bike. btw, full servicing in Hong Leong Yamaha is about RM30, quite worth. Huh really ah? Die lah like that If you wanna change tyre, go Bukit Mertajam. Nibong sell Dunlop TT900 80/90 @ RM95, and many shops in BM selling about RM75 only. Petrol and bridge tol add up oso less than RM10. Wah go all the way to BM. Can I put 90/90 at rear tyre? Since ori rear tyre already 80/90, i want to make it bigger. Mind to tell me what size of front and rear tyre you using now? Thanks bro Added on November 3, 2008, 8:14 pmI will get my LC tomorrow, black and white one. This post has been edited by UncleCheang: Nov 3 2008, 08:14 PM |

QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Nov 6 2008, 07:46 AM) Well, I recommend performance mod, bcoz Penang police likes to stop cosmetic modded LC although internally it is fully stock. It is quite cilaka bcoz police will call mechanics to check our bike to verify everything is stock, else.... kena bayar duit kopi la... Yeah i also plan to go for performance mod, cause scare if go cosmetic mod the next day will kena curi. I think i will only start the performance mod after March next year, wait until i get my performance bonus first... I kena road block 3 times, although modded pipe, police oso lemme go bcoz my bike is FUGLY and got a Givi Box. Last time no Givi box and no modded pipe, will kena randomly to check license and road tax. Givi box?? I dont like givi box cause this will make the bike looks like a lao chek bike, even though i am now already an uncle... haha... Sorry if my words hurt you & your bike |

QUOTE(Spayz @ Nov 6 2008, 07:43 PM) thanks! but im still thinking to upgrade to a blue one...maybe after this one blow first haha Why you always go nibong one? Got leng lui (pretty girl) to see there? aiya the headlamp cheap only la..as i said earlier its a cheap mod...and today i went to nibong again Added on November 8, 2008, 3:32 pmBeen riding my new LC for the past few days, found some pro and con for this bike. Here are my review : Pro *** 1. FC very good. I pump rm8.10 petrol when i first got my bike, today my tank is nearly empty and the milage already reached 170KM. So that means rm1 = approx 21KM 2. Did you notice LC can also do the EX5 trick? When your bike at 4th gear and stop at traffic light, and if you step the gear forward, the gear will change to Neutral!! It work the other way round too, from Neutral to 4th gear... but this one no point lah... just for shaing only... Con *** 1. I found that the gear makes a loud noise when i am changing gear from Neutral to 1st gear. But from 1st gear to 2nd gear onwards not so loud already. Any bros here kena the same problem? QUOTE(charge-n-go @ Nov 8 2008, 03:54 PM) Telima Kaseh !! Erm... all 4-stroke bikes that I've riden before also can change from 4th to N How you ride until 170km full tank one? Me always ride until 160km only. very very susah only can reach 180km, hahaha. btw, first gear is like that when it is still new.. slowly break-in all your moving parts, you can start to fly after 1000km on odo, hohoho. Oh yea, are you using V-power? It is damn good, my carb is still freaking clean after 18000km on odo. Some of my frens who used the RON92 red oil, 10000km ady dirty... QUOTE(Are_keem @ Nov 8 2008, 07:44 PM) it's standard bro, Huh have to wait for 1000km ah? I thought 500km can service the bike and fly already? during 1st 1000km mine too can do 170km / full tank. that's because ride not more than 80km/h so FC sure damn low.. hahaha Die lah like that... my odometer only reach 200km so far, need to wait for another 800km... QUOTE(mls_gamer @ Nov 9 2008, 11:35 AM) Very nice mod. Not too over and not too less, just nice... I like your break lever, will change mine soon when i bring my bike go service. QUOTE(Spayz @ Nov 9 2008, 01:12 PM) hmm no la ..just that they got sell a lot of assesories and mod stuff ..unless u can recommend a different shop Are those assesories and mod stuff expensive in Nibong? I am not sure about the market price cause i never mod my old bike before |

QUOTE(topeng perak @ Nov 11 2008, 10:28 AM) Actually there is another type, 2 way alaram. When ppl hack your bike, your bike will sound, and at the same time it will send a signal to your remote control to alert you. So if you are not too far away from your bike, you still can run back to save "her". But this alram is a bit more expensive lah... |
