What do you want to set dude? You already have 160cc engine, powerful enough, haha.
Yes, any vehicle with electrical devices will have grounding wire. Our spark plug is grounded to chasis and then back to battery. Same goes to CDI.
I have modified this and install direct cables to CDI and spark plug, so that the current doesnt need to go through headlamps and any other electrical accesories. The engine response becomes slightly better.
It is very hard to find 80/80 front tyre.
This time I do have a new discovery
front 80/90 is overkilling when pairing with 80/90 or 90/80 rear tyre. When I check the tyres after 2 hours of cornering, the wear and tear at the rear has already touched the sidewall, but the front, still got 1cm before reaching sidewall. 70/90 or 70/80 for front is more than enough.
My guess is that, 80/90 front is a good pair with 100/80 rear. Anything less than 100/80 rear can use 70/90 front. Small front tyre helps to increase acceleration and top speed.
Aiyo the 150cc block to be honest is not really good lor.. power increase yes but it makes the engine sounds rougher(the knocking noise).. and i find it pretty annoying... 1 day when we have TT i start my bike and let u guys listen.. im very sure the first ya'll gona say is "eh how come your engine sounds so rough?" btw what brand of CDI do u all recommend? my foreman ask me to use X-box.. is it good? From my experience i know theres quite a few brands of CDI in the market such as BRT and a few more.. i even heard from a guy that BRT offers one CDI which u can control the cooling fan or something.. but then i went and ask another foreman about it and he told me that the extra feature (fan controlling system) is a fake.. i also dont know who to listen to lol.. but i think im getting the X-box one which cost RM350..
