I'm looking for training buddy. I'm mostly into body weight training at the moment.
I'm kinda stuck with my handstand progression so I need a partner to spot me. I can help you with your training as well. We can motivate each other too. I can do the variations of push ups, pulls ups etc.
We can train at open spaces/parks around Klang Valley or mutually convenient places. If you're a member at Fitness First gym, we can train there too.
