Opposite from what you believe, it is the opposite = it has hard rubber. All high treadwear, eco low rolling resistance, high mileage use rather stiff rubber. The comfy cushion is coming from thin sidewall + soft sidewall reinforcement.
Squeak on concrete carpark at low speed is due to same reason, the side wall is soft such that it deform more and the side wall is rubbing the concrete.
So ktek is right that if you increase tire pressure, it will alleviate this slightly.
For soft rubber, check those treadwear 280, 240, 200 tyres.
