Phone is a depreciation item. So, if a gadget freak, for sure you will lose if keep on changing phone.

R1JG001 firmware already released in SEUS for ages. It might be your AP set problem for not being able to update.

Well, from the change log, there isn't much different. Just a few update. Not everyone will have to update to latest firmware. And not every firmware released is stable wink.gif.

You might need someone to flash it to our region. And that will enable you to update through SEUS in future for firmware update.

Well, even they take out the 1GB MSPD, I'd take the package. I can always buy a 4GB *ahem* MSPD which cost around RM 200 only.

What I did was just type in some number then activated already. In 10 minutes time can use video call already. Why not you try download the seting again ?

Try type in *136# then press the call button. This will directly activate your 3G service for Maxis/Hotlink User.

Need not to wait 2 hours. You can try to video call your friend in 15 minutes time. I tried before. After activation, straight can video call. smile.gif

1. To lock keypad, press the power button. You will see a lock keypad thing at there.

2. To forward video, hold to left or right when in video mode. Not sure if this work in new firmware. But give it a try. wink.gif

Yeap. Have to subscribe. And even after you subscribe, you won't be able to on it or off it yourself using that function. It won't works. If you subscribe the number hidden from your telco, your number will be hidden up and come up as Private Number at others people phone.
