Corrupted firmware ? Have you try to master reset the phone ?
p/s : Doing so will clear all the stuff in your phone. Make sure back up has been made before proceed.

W850i is good (for me) with large screen and awesome sound playback. The lack of AF for the camera is the cons.  |

Check using Davinci Client or if the firmware is after R1GB001 then all will be either CID51/52.
