Anyone subscribe Digi BOS 365 days validity for RM30? It doesn't comes with high speed data right?

According to Digi website, they will carry out system wide maintenance on 26th October 2021 from 12am - 9.30am, I hope the system won't be unstable like unifi mobile after that............. keep my fingers crossed....

Last month unifi mobile do system maintenance a lot issues i very angry so switch to digi.
This month digi do system maintenance a lot issues i very angry so consider to switch to maxis....

It looks like those apps using 1GB productivity data bucket will not work.
I can't go into google chrome, cant use speedtest but i can use twitter, fb, instagram and youtube (but slow),
I am using NEXT 15 prepaid.

NEXT 22 doesn't give loyalty bonus. And it seems like it is an auto-renewal plan.

My Next 22 plan supposed to end today, 12am I recieved SMS from Digi that rm22 was deducted from my credit for same plan. And I went to mydigi app to check the plan was refreshed for another 30 days.

only few plans like RM45 plan where RM15 internet "AUTO" renewed for 3 months with RM45 full payment in advance  brows.gif

It appeared in BoS when my previous plan expired. And I recieved rm5 credit rebate for this plan when i first subscribe this plan.

Mine auto-renewed and enter into 2nd month of subscription. I thought NEXT plan is not auto-renewed. Who knows on 12am on the expired date RM22 was deducted. ranting.gif

8GB data + unlimited social + unlimited call.
Before the plan appears in my BoS I received RM5 credit rebate if subscribe this plan. So only pay RM17.

Digi terminated my Next 22 plan and give me full refund without contact me for explanation, and close my case.
So I don't know why mine was being auto-renewed, is a mystery, forever a mystery.

Good thing is, I have been using the plan for 10+ days but still can get full refund. Hahaha...

So it's supposed to be auto renewal plan eh? It's actually not a bad plan if u call out often and use a lot fb instagram with reasonable amount of data (8GB). But NEXT 15 + loyalty bonus is enough for me since I don't make a lot call.
