In order to provide you a better customer experience and service, there will be a planned system maintenance for a system migration on 26th October 2021 from 12am - 9.30am. During this migration, selected services below will be temporarily unavailable to all Digi subs:



Before migration (25 October, 9pm to 26 October, 9.30am)

Services (VoLTE, VoWiFi) will not be available



During migration (26 October, 12am - 9.30am)

All Digi subscribers will only be able to make calls, send SMS & MMS, roaming and use data (up to 5Mbps only), however, there will be no impact on receiving Transaction Authorization Code (TAC).

Mysteriously lost 1sen from my credit balance after last night. Anyone noticed?

damn so many people having mobile data issue. Mine started since yesterday afternoon.

My wife also using Digi but her's ok. Means it's only affecting some Digi numbers and not all??

Call Digi helpline it says "the number you have dialed cannot be reached at the moment" da fak.... 

Wanna chat with support also their site  and app under maintenance. WTH IS DIGI DOING?? 

Seriously planning to change telco after this. Can't accept this nonsense. 

call and SMS ok but who uses call and sms only?? we want our mobile data back!!! 

Looks like redeeming 1GB productivity will stop the internet.
My internet was ok before redeeming.

anyone didnt receive their loyalty internet for this mth? so happen change the Next plan to 22 frm 15 days earlier.then new cycle no free internet

yup Cs just replied since its a special benefit/BoS style.
oh not so sure its auto renewal

what is NEXT 22? never saw before 

anyway, NEXT plan do not have auto renew internet plan feature 
only few plans like RM45 plan where RM15 internet "AUTO" renewed for 3 months with RM45 full payment in advance

Has anyone been able to renew Next 22? Haven't seen it on BoS ever since the free RM5.00 credit for it unclaimed and expired. A one hit wonder it seems.

What's Digi customer service response?

Next22? Is it include unlimited call?

CS told me it's not auto-renewal, and escalate my case but have not received replied/call from Digi yet.

Same here purposely wait until pass midnight,strangely same case as urs deducted automatically last night for next 22 plan

Existing Prepaid Next (activated before 01/03/2022) will also be charged new call rate RM0.15/ min (effective 01/03/2022).

Digi will be introducing Call Add-Ons of RM5.00/ 60 mins and RM10.00/ unlimited calls.

Oh well, still cheaper than other telcos.
