I don't know because there's no booster tab in My Digi app, and I'm currently on RM8 unlimited call for 30days which is going to end soon.

Since the RM8 plan does not appear in the BOS, I'm thinking to go for Next 15 + RM10 for unlimited calls.

I think BOS plan like your RM8 unlimited call is not entitled for Booster. Only monthly plans like NEXT15 etc are entitled.

Guys, this is first time I subscribe Next 3-mth plan. Just to check, the validity will be renewed monthly? Or I should straight away get 90 days validity which supposed to end in mid-June?

Hi all, I am planning to change my Prepaid Live 28 to prepaid Next 15 plan.

Current plan is RM28 for 4GB+30GB+unlimited calls.
I plan to subscribe to Next15+Rm10 unlimited calls for 6GB+unlimited calls.

I feel that Next is a better plan for my case compared to Live. So what are the reasons some forumers still want Live over Next?

Next question also, the 6GB data can be used for hotspot? And any unused data can be carried over and accumulated just like Live plan?
*
Next15 6GB is hotspot-able. You get extra 1GB hotspot if you subscribe auto-renewal plan.

According to FAQ

For Prepaid, only plans on monthly Digi Prepaid NEXT rate plans are eligible for the FREE 5G Booster.

what's the previous rate?
*
When NEXT was introduced was 10sen/min
then increased to 20sen/min.
Last month still 20sen/min, I think this month started to increase.

Digi is becoming outrageous. I tried to transfer one family line to Digi prepaid, and they are asking me to do the following:

1. Pay RM60 to switch the family line to Digi Postpaid 60.
1. Pay another RM60 to switch the same number to Prepaid.
In total, I have to pay RM120 just to downgrade one family line to Prepaid. What's worse is they are not going to refund the RM120 but instead will just offset the next bill.

My monthly bill for five lines doesn't even reach RM100.

What the actual fuck?

Added note: No. I do not have any contract with Digi
*
I encountered same situation before when I transfer supp line out from my father's account. And I thought this was the normal process.
After left Digi Centre i called Digi hotline and found out transfer supp line to prepaid can be done without the need of converting to postpaid plan first.
Few hours later i went back to that Digi Centre again. The staff that served me was not there, I complained to the store manager, she immediately change my line to prepaid and waive all the charges, no question ask.
