QUOTE(kmrdeva @ Sep 19 2021, 08:07 PM) Don't think Xiaomi phones are officially supported for voLTE and voWIFI by Digi. edit: upon further testing, VoWifi now works! I guess after activating, it takes a few minutes to work properly.. or something. thankshttps://www.digi.com.my/support/our-network/volte These codes don't work? https://www.themyme.com/2021/07/17/miui-12-...mi-smartphones/ older post below VoLTE works, VoWifi doesn't. I just tried using the code to enable VoWifi from the link you shared. It can be enabled, and the icon appears, but can't make any calls in airplane mode like on my old phone. If I turn off airplane mode, when making a call the VOWifi icon disappears. This post has been edited by cannavaro: Sep 20 2021, 01:17 AM |

QUOTE(beebee1314 @ Sep 20 2021, 07:44 AM) Apa phone u had. My mom's redmi note 9 ada. My poco x3 Pro also ada. Only the older version don't have. Now all phones should come with carrier aggregation. Haven't found one without. I'm using Redmi 9t, the 6Gb varianthttps://www.gsmarena.com/xiaomi_redmi_9t-10670.php Previously I use Samsung A30 as per the speedtest on my signature. |

QUOTE(prosibu @ Sep 20 2021, 11:22 PM) After several days of testing I decided to turn off vowifi because it is so unreliable on the Redmi 9t. Most common problem, other than failing to make a call, is when the call is picked up, I cannot hear anything from the caller.. and sometimes it is the other way. Should have gone for a Samsung |

I wanted to port out from Digi. During the process, Digi CS called me and asked why I want to port out and all.
To cut it short, Digi counter offered. Told me there is no contract and I can try this new package first, if I'm not happy can switch to another telco. I accepted. I checked in MyDigi app and saw there is a 1 year contract. I immediately wrote to Digi via the app, asking about the promised no contract and told them I want it in black and white The staff replied saying there's no contract but there is a special tagging on my account, if I want to switch I have to contact them first to remove the tagging. Basically the tagging is another chance for them to convince me not to port out. How legit is this? |

More hoops and "prove to Digi that..". this is what they replied..I am curious about this so called tagging.I've encountered such kaka from Digi personal AND business a/c when i wanted to MNP out some numbers due to coverage issues at the areas the SIMs were used often - i was managing my ex-employer's business lines. anyway the staff clearly wrote there 'not tied to any contract'... let's say I wan't to port out then Digi says got contract, I can use this email against them, right.. 🤔 » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « |

Hey guys,
I read a bit about this 5G booster issue but I am not sure if I will lose access to it.. My Digi account is named 'Digi Postpaid Basic 35 HS' Back in December I finally changed to a 5G phone. Then in the app I bought the free 5G booster (RM0), activated instantly and got the 5G speed. In January, the 5G is carried over (means I don't have to click buy on the app anymore), it also appears in 'My Subscriptions' Then I read the news about CelcomDigi to still charge extra for 5G access under the cheaper plans.. or is this put on hold? |

Recently got a call from 'DigiHelpLine' 0162211800,
offering me the new Postpaid 40 package, free x GB for 6 months or something like that, I can't recall, I'm on the basic 35 HS (highspeed) plan The guy was telling me I could get 5G access and a new faster phone.. I told him my cheap plan is already 5G enabled and every month I didn't even finish the given 30Gb quota for my plan. I asked if I can get a cheaper plan with similar benefits, he replied postpaid 40 is the cheapest |
