Why lately digi line very slow and some time got signal but cant connect....
Really regret continue the contract...

mine, when last time using unlimited 100,
the speed still ok, load webpage no hang/lag...
but after change plan, lately when open webpage need wait few minute before the page loading or show no connection,
but phone signal is full bar...

anyone realized now raining seasons...

line really getting unstable & slow....  easily lost signal....

tat speed during night peak hours 
later after like 11pm suddenly little fast 

Which is why I am super annoyed by Digi's way .
I'm using it on my modem router. Obviously cannot dial *338 etc.

So every morning- I have to take out the sim (from modem), eject my phone's SIM #2 tray, put in, dial the number, take out SIM, and put it back in modem.
This is suggested by their CS.
I just pray my SIM tray doesn't break or the SIM card contact inside doesn't wear out!   

Other telcos use app to redeem, only Digi intentionally make it harder. 

All new Digi 4G sim isn’t PIN protected. And there is a one-time replacement fee of RM10 to change new sim.

If you are using Android, you can save all your contacts to your Google account. I’m using iOS, so everything is saved to my iCloud.

Wait - Why do you need to change SIM just to goto 4G .
What phone is your parents using? If its a 3G phone, most likely it can fallback to 2G.

And BTW, telcos wont shut down on 1st Jan 2021. You have exactly 12 months till end of 2021- Well it depends on telco - to announce the retirement of 3G 

For android - Its easy to export to SIM . Just find the option - Copy to SIM and it will be backup on the SIM.

I just get 2ns digi line, can included in the same digi apps? or each line need separate Digi apps?

Hi, firstly, my apology for not reading the previous posts in DiGi threads.

My issue is either with DiGi or Samsung Galaxy A7 phone. I turned off my mobile data, not subscribed to any data plan, and using Wi-Fi at home, but still 50 cents data charge deducted from time to time. For example, from 2 Jul until today, my DiGi balance has been deducted for almost RM 10 for unused data charges.

My question is, why even turning off mobile data on smartphone, DiGi still charges 50 cents for multiple times?
I even turned on Data Saver on this Android phone but problem still persists.

Hi guys, do I have to provide name and IC to buy Digi prepaid?

I very paranoid about privacy and want to buy prepaid sim for social media registration, to avoid them tracking my personal phone number.

But do Digi require my real name and IC for buying prepaid sim?

Because if they do, then social media can still identify me and scammers can abuse my identity if hacked.

Have been over 1 month no SLL RM38 not pop up on my acc
Only left RM1 1 day

What i see different is, no more FnF, no more chepaer rate when hit daily usage RM1, got short call rate
Still same if no internet plan use PAYU
