anyone got issue reload using mydigi app? I wanted to get free credit when reload but every time tried using their app will fail and shows Reload not sucessful.Oops! Something went wrong.Error Code:err.cccp.rl0005]

Tried other phone also same issue, even tried using wifi or data. Change dns all to no avail can only reload via website or ewallet but no free credit.

My BOS offer is RM 10 reload get RM1 credit and 2 Days validity
while RM 30 got RM6 credit but problem is cannot reload via app after click will fail
But I scroll back some reported digi giving 500mb free credit now for RM30 reload, seems like their BOS offer is somehow differs from one to another.

superlonglife 365 is RM38. Now found in BoS only depending on digi mood. So far just bought it last month

well just checked my BoS now 365 validity also missing ald. If not back maybe I will just MNP to pantas after exhausting all the credit.
Pantas iirc need to switching plan fee, but reload RM10 will give one month validity. RM30 get 365 validity. And got 1 year long validity internet.
Quite tempting as digi currently had cut all the perks of digi best v4 after merging with celcom, the 8 sen low cost Friends and family call rates only increased to 30sen/min.
RM38 365 was the last thing that kept me with digi
Really no point continuing ald haiz.
