Just a reminder to reload because you are now in grace period (expired credit) or ran out of credits

Hi all digi users, i also received this message saying free basic Internet is suspended. I tried to use TalktimeExtend (RM1 superlonglife) to attempt reactivate the line and also subscribe to BoS free data+MCO data, but my phone also unable to connect to 4g network at all.

Is digi changing the rule that I have to do Real Reload in order to reactivate data and connect to 4g network after being in grace period for a long amount of time (I only reactivate the line using RM1 talktime extend in case i need it for emergency or other urgent purposes only for many months)?

I also faced same problem too, maybe related to grace period

During grace period should still receive the call normally, however because the phone is fluctuating between 2g/3g network and not able connect to 4g for VoLTE purpose, the phone may fail to receive the call then can only receive Voicemail sms about missed call, not ever recorded in the phone call log

At last appears on my number, just like Gold Moderator having.

But I don't have any urge to subscribe it (as lite data user). Also afraid that it dissappears later

Luckily johnny wky promptly replied me that is scam after trying out lol.

For me every day 150gb free data from BoS is good enough for me together with 1gb MCO data lol, can extend validity for one another day too. If not available then i subscribe rm10/month one from BOS

Depending on plan version, the grace period varies
Best (any versions) : 75days
Next : 60days
Live: 90days

But please note that digi may reserve the rights to terminate the number slightly earlier than terminate date.

Rm1 talktime extend only extend for 2 days at most for active period, but reset the grace period thereafter.

a. In Malaysia, telco will not lock contract phone, UNLESS non payment issues. They have some ways to block the sim in the phone like IMEI block due to non-payment issue. And for samsung phones, they can also make use of Knox to lock the device. As long as you pay in time through 24 months, can use any sim and operators

b. May sell, but need to make clear to potential buyers that the device is contract bounded

c. Warranty is to samsung, so is following the date of purchase on receipt. Although digi may (or may not) assist you about warrenty claims just in case.

fortunately there's *128# menu to subscribe again, but a bit more troublesome

Sometimes after system migration @ downtimes, mydigi quota Sometimes will miscalculated, like i can see 100 MB more usage even though i just subscribed to addon minutes ago (1gb productivity quota is for example)

Even BoS monthly plan like rm10 1.5/2gb monthly active plan also eligible for 6gb loyalty bonus

This means that up to 8gb of monthly internet + (unlimited social and extra benefits for live/best plan itself) for just RM10 a month for 2years+ digi prepaid user

Is google play apps download/ update not cover under neither 1gb productivity data nor the 2.5gb/week music/video freedom quota (live prepaid)?
Is digi now upgraded the system so google play not included in list of either of these?

Have you tried to reload if you using prepaid? Is your account still active?

I faced this problem months ago which only fixed by reload the prepaid because it have been many months in inactive status (with occasional talktime extend rm1 in between)

Also try to call or chat with customer service to request reactivate of VoLTE. maybe is related to this issue

Another way to do the talktime extend when during grace period
Just dial *128*1#

Also advised to do this at least 1 day before the termination date

The reason USSD exists is as a fallback in case that day Mydigi suddenly downtime or maintenance so cannot enter the app to do anything

Depending on how much of usage daily/monthly


Not worth for extremely lite users which make very few calls or only calls to friends/family within kawan list or just use it for receiving sms/otp/incoming calls etc or use less data monthly
Because you may lose benefits like free calls to kawan list, 2.5gb/week streaming quota for life, certain Box of surprises promo, long 90 days grace period etc

But worth for which want to make calls occasionally (not a lot but still at least make some calls to anyone few times a week) because lower call rate

internet package wise have some similarities for lower price plan (both have rm15 monthly active plan), but for next prepaid has higher all day quota for price (for rm30/35 /45 price range especially), in my opinion bigbonus is kinda pointless on live/older versions prepaid
