But your app seems like gliched out. The 6gb one suppose to cost rm28 but shows as just rm15

Is it about missed call notifications? Then cannot, because this is to tell you about missed call in case of no signal.

Best way is to stay active. Because grace period network will unstable and increase the rate of missed call

ya. i usually only sub one-time plan like rm10 or rm15 one so the "booster" section does not show up

Port in online > Digi will send you sim kad via whatever express to door steps, after that need to confirm port in by replying SMS by original carrier

Port in offline > instant get digi sim and port in on the spot

Your choice if you want to faster that walk in, but the courier will take at most 1 week or less

So you don't have to deduct rm1 first anymore if your line is expired. You can directly purchase monthly or on demand plan WITHOUT top up/deduct rm1 during grace period

Note: do not work with rm10 BoS plan. What the bummer

for the 12-mo contract addon I checked from TnC, termination fee is rm30 nothing more nothing less but not sure yours fall into that category

Renew 2 times only (30+30+30) , after that need manually subscribe again after 90days

If you want go to older plans, need first convert to 28 monthly plan, then convert to older plan (please refer to #647 for exact instructions)

I asked because i want research something about Volte compatibility outside of digi own whitelist

Some less popular phones (even sold officially in Malaysia) like ASUS or Motorola , these phones compatible with Maxis volte, BUT do not work with Digi volte. Is these because Digi problem?

that's mean LIVE is not longer available for new sign ups or port in. But possible can still buy from some offline shops that still have stock of LIVE prepaid sim (I don't think there still much stock left). Fortunately with old stock sim Digi do not impose force migration to newer version plan (unlike hotlink)

When in grace period, digi do not allow us to use 4g > we are stuck with 2g > if 2g tower no there, we are on our own

Basically digi force us to always in active status. By buying monthly active plan that can auto expand the expiry date. Clever idea digi

Cant use data doesn't meant should block user from 4g for volte voice call kan. You know 2g voice quality is far cry from volte. (Incoming calls and text is allowed during grace period)

Is rm8 from BoS? My Digi Live don't have this so far

During grace period the chance of completely missed call will be very high due to network fluctuations
