Stupid question. If I want to throwaway my unifi lite (there was lightning strike at tm peti box several hundred meters away now they replace wiring on main road but not side road now my unifi can't even achieve 4mb).


Instead go for home with 4G/LTE modem and sign up with Infinite 150 plan will I be saddle a 12 mnth contract if I sign up? I am worried I might change my mind 6 months down the road jump to some other plan.

Regarding digi infinite 150 the current fup is 1tb or 300gb? When I subscribed last week I was told 1tb now I see during mco articles about 300gb. What happens when u reach cap at 512kbps 5mb 15mb? I am not getting fast international speed but my family Netflix consumption last 2 days alone I eaten 40gb according my router 😅😬😳

I guess my area is very² congested on Sunday night then my youtube 720p keeps pausing and loading. My speedtest Digi to Digi server gives me 20mb but Digi to say TM server 2mb tonight. Test on fast.com at 2mb too. I don't think I reach fup since I used infinite 150 a week only. I sent them a support ticket. Doubt there will be any help if its congested.

Edit: restart my router at different location seems to fix whatever that issue was. I moved location cause this newer location has better signal but seems my speed is poor this Sunday? Weird. I guess it's fixed either going back old location or restarting the router.

May I ask how reliable are Digi support answers? My area digi max speed is 30mb but sometimes especially weekends I get reduced speed till 1-2mb their case response is works be underway to increase bandwidth in 6 mnths time or is this standard answer?

Maxis is expensive I tried mobile unifi but until maybe last 2 months or so I barely able even get 4G frm their network now I can but 1mb speed even worse. So I am kinda stuck with them as my home network. I am just asking if digi support statements about upgrading their tower is actually true or just a standard response.

You need contact them. Through

1. Call digi support

2. Go to their forum PM their mods or digi representative

3. Mydigi live chat

So far I activate and reactivate my Volte through option 2 and 3 option 1 I am sure it's possible too. Just remember sometimes when your phone software update you might end up with volte deactivated not sure why so just contact them again. I find fastest is mydigi live chat got it done fast minus the wait time queue.

Digi this morning sent me random sms to my prepaid line. Right now my digi line on off and no Internet no volte etc. I guess their maintenance causing problems. No Internet disruption issue with infinite 150 line.

My prepaid went to 0:00 just now I can't call says no money. I just called support told me my number is part of those under upgrading my credit will return tomorrow! Shit.

Mydigi can load up infinite 150 but some corruption but totally cannot load up my prepaid line.

At least you guys can use your line I can't since my credit disappeared. Either shows NA or shows 0:00 it effectively make my rm1 unlimited daily cap at 3mb offline too.

My issue of my prepaid suddenly no funds / credit isn't resolve. Before maintenance I definite still have credit. Now I see my case is closed as resolve but I check *126# amount as NA and mydigi as 0:00. I will be raising this issue with skmm I guess.
