Mydigi on livechat wait 1 hr. And the queue goes up and down. My queue actually went up twice.

Whole day tried contact digi I didn't manage to get through until evening waiting on the livechat queue for an hr. My missing credit case was closed. I ask them they claim they found my missing credits and return WTF. Now I force them reopen new case.

My issue is resolve. I did complain to skmm about my issue.

Anyway I receive random crap again through sms. I think I lost my credits due to this sms.

Now I received same sms I got back my credits.

After I complain and got them to open 2 case file first one they close without fixing my issue. I receive same msg again and my credits return. If yours is postpaid I doubt you kena same issue if its prepaid check your balance credit see if any missing.

1tb is support to be a soft cap some said I don't know why it's now there.

Same with my daily unlimited rm1 cap at 3mb line now has a 60gb cap.

Go ahead my issue missing credit is now resolve. But I did tell live chat I complained my issue to mcmc. I closed my mcmc complain this morning.

Looks like support is down again. Can't get through helpline or even livechat. I just realised I no longer have volte

Oh well I will try again later or tomorrow.

After received something similar to this sms digi ate all my credits frm prepaid line after complains receive another same junk sms and my credits return. I yesterday receive same code again so far most of my credits still there.... Not sure what is happening with them.

Mydigi app is back to normal I guess prepaid unlimited rm1 is showing unlimited and infinite 150 is showing infinite again
