Hi guys, I saw currently digi offers unlimited call and internet for both prepaid and postpaid, one is RM40 and another is RM55. May i know if there is any advantage for postpaid over prepaid since the cost is higher?

Normally if we subscribed to a postpaid plan, and after some time digi changed its postpaid plan, old users will still able to stick back on the old plan? or will auto change as well? coz prepaid one is will always require to follow latest plan, cannot lock on old plan even if more worthy sometimes.

Then I think it is quite good to 'lock' this deal. by comparing to other unlimited / postpaid plan, it is consider good enough for the price, somemore the family line is quite cheap also.

RM1 extend validity for 1 day - after extend is it the grace period for sim to be terminated will reset?

I got digi reload card RM50 which was unused but expire on 1-1-23.

Is there anyway to extend the expired date?

Can I walk into Digi Centre to terminate a prepaid line? I don’t want to wait till the line goes expired (90 days later) or MNP to other telco and let it get inactivated there.

If your account got hacked, hacker can just terminate numbers

Yoodo also don't allow recovery of numbers upon termination. Other telcos also don't allow, but might have chance..

During termination, I think it don't even ask any form of authorization.. no face ID, no fingerprint, no PIN

But for replace SIM, I think have to scan IC.

I walked in to Digi Centre, The Gardens and managed to terminate that prepaid no. It takes 24-48H to be terminated. At least it can be done.

Are you sure yoodo has 2FA? I don't see it..

hi i want to ask, why i get this message when i tried register for device plan. i have one principal and family plan under the principal

I wanted to port out from Digi. During the process, Digi CS called me and asked why I want to port out and all.
To cut it short, Digi counter offered. Told me there is no contract and I can try this new package first, if I'm not happy can switch to another telco.
I accepted. I checked in MyDigi app and saw there is a 1 year contract. I immediately wrote to Digi via the app, asking about the promised no contract and told them I want it in black and white
The staff replied saying there's no contract but there is a special tagging on my account, if I want to switch I have to contact them first to remove the tagging.
Basically the tagging is another chance for them to convince me not to port out.

How legit is this?

Just topped up RM30 thru the Shopee link provided via official digi Hari Gaji Special promo page.
Only received the RM30 top up. 10% extra credit and 10GB data ( 3 days validity) was not given and can't find it on my digi app.

I have one Postpaid 90 2021 plan, and two prepaid numbers:
- one is 365 plan bought last year
- one is senior package with 365 days validity bought 3 years ago

now both now cannot renewal 365 days validity with RM38. and the reload validity in Digi App only shown 1 days pass.

Called customer service: told to topup RM54 as there is 4.4 promo for 365 validity. but still cannot find it after topped up RM54.

Wrote to customer support again, and told to topup RM108.
any idea what going on? thinking to port out to Maxis Pantas now.

Im so happy to stay with digi for more than 12 years. Im still on the old rm50 package, but with unlimited quota and unlimited hotspot even on 5g. I might throw away my unifi and use my digi at home
